live life as it is

Daydreaming, as if you were far away. Our brain needs constant work, otherwise it starts searching for something to think of. Sounds silly, but it is like reading. Once you've stopped, your eyes are somewhere between the lines, not really seeing the words and understanding their meaning.
Familiar?

So why do we dream? The answer is simple. To escape from reality. Reality is a subjective perception of now. Is it possible to reach that? How can reality be right? We do see things as we want them to see, most of the time.

What I really do right now, is try to let go. People tell I think too much. I think they are right.

Take a breath, and let go.

Yann Tiersen, Le Matin.
